          Molotov: Early Life and Revolutionary Activities

          Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Skryabin, later known as Molotov, was born on March 9, 1890, in the village of Kukarka, Vyatka Governorate, Russian Empire. His father, Mikhail Prokhorovich Skryabin, was a clerk, while his mother, Anna Yakovlevna, was the daughter of a merchant.

          In 1902, Molotov enrolled in the 1st Kazan Real School.

          In 1906, he joined the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party (RSDLP) and played an active role in organizing revolutionary student groups. His involvement led to his arrest and exile to Vologda Governorate in 1909.
