FORGET the saying that dynamite comes in small packages. There is nothing small about renowned Eastern Cape singer Nobathembu Mabeka-Mhlongo, least of all her explosive voice and talent.

Mabeka-Mhlongo will perform in  I am a Living Testimony,  her first solo concert in the Bay, at the Nangoza Jebe Hall in New Brighton next Saturday.

Thirty-something Mabeka-Mhlongo is no skinny Marie, unlike most of her fellow singers from Joyous Celebration.

He grew up in Limpopo where his music career started when he played for the likes of Worship House, Lufuno Dagada, Taki Psalmist Ndou, Rofhiwa Manyaga, Maduvha.
